Texas REALTORS® Leadership Mentor Program: Roadmap to Leadership
This program is designed for REALTORS® who want to grow as leaders in the REALTOR® association and current association leaders who want to mentor new leaders.
How does it work? Mentees will be paired with seasoned leaders (mentors) based on their shared leadership interests. Over three months, they will work together to advance the mentees’ leadership goals.
How do I get started? Both mentees and mentors must complete the free, self-paced three-course education series Roadmap to Leadership: Guide to Association Involvement, before enrolling in the program as a mentor or mentee.
What’s the enrollment deadline? Enrollment and selection of mentors and mentees occur quarterly.

Texas REALTORS® Leadership Program
The Texas REALTORS® Leadership Program (TRLP) is for REALTORS® who want to lead local, state, and national association committees. More than 2,500 graduates comprise a strong network of professionals who share learning experiences and an ongoing commitment to leadership.
How does it work? The program is offered in person through local associations throughout the state and consists of a few key segments: leadership topics, being a spokesperson, the legislature, the law, and Texas REALTORS®.
What will I learn? You’ll learn how to be an effective spokesperson, hone your management skills, build relationships within your community, make effective decisions, and understand your association’s leadership and governance.
How do I enroll? Participation in the Texas REALTORS® Leadership Program is managed by local associations. To learn more about participating in TRLP, contact your local association.
